Rendell would not agree to stay for the entire three hours the court was allowing Klayman to question him.

Gee,I wonder what would happen to any of US who told a judge they would walk away from a court proceeding they were ordered to be at?

BTW,all you NRA members should know that Rendell and the LaPierre/senile Heston clique are bestest buddies. So good in fact that the NRA agreed to ban conclealed weapons by PA CCW permit holders at the NRA convention in Philly!

Nothing if we were asked the same kind of questions totally unrelated to our purpose for being there. People being deposed have a right not to answer certain questions at a deposition and can be forced to answer those questions only after the Federal judge has heard the question and thinks it has any probative value. Typical Klayman crap, he will probably end up with the Adams paying Rendell a million dollars.

This seems a bit strange, since Rendell wanted to sue gun makers. Can you post any more info on this? I am worried about him as my governor. Fisher doesn't exactly make me do backflips, but he is a much better choice.
