Former President Clinton, already popular for conferring federal recognition on the Mohegan Indians during his administration, won praise Friday as he helped tribal leaders celebrate the opening of a hotel.
"This is a fabulously successful place," Clinton told an audience of about 200 tribal members, local officials and others. "The thing that means the most to me is what you do for less fortunate tribes. Thank you for not forgetting about your brothers and sisters in Native American tribes that still have not been brought into the circle of opportunity."

And I wonder if the sub base would release information concerning the number of sailors being disciplined by their Command for money problems?
