Well you got me pondering for a moment. :) The quo is atmospheric. And that along with the advent of something between a cold war and a hot war has made Bush something more akin to a sequoia rather than a shrub. The passage of the years will be required to begin to glean whether or not Bush with the benefit of hindsight constructively utilized this capital. I am too old to value as much as I once did instant gratification. That is a mixed blessing not doubt.
