Well, if this weren't actually a real house bill, that might be the case. But it's real. It's called HR 4633, the "Driver's License Modernization Act of 2002." Go look at thomas.gov if you like.

People who fear real dangers are concerned.
People who ignore real dangers are naïve.

Don't waste your breath. After many years of working on these issues, I've learned there are those who simply refuse to see the larger picture. I finally got tired of my husband's insults, so I gave up trying to convince him. It's amazing how much of this stuff is coming to pass after all.
