The sponsors of the popular "Tribute in Light" memorial hope to bring it back for the one-year observance of Sept. 11 and are seeking support from the victims' relatives.
Frank Sanchez, executive director of the Municipal Arts Society, told The Post his organization wants to bring back the twin shafts of light that were lit on the six-month observance in lower Manhattan.
