Florida Teen Imprisoned For Beating Llamas
One Animal Dies, Another Loses Eye
Posted: 7:41 a.m. EDT June 20, 2002
CLEARWATER, Fla. -- A Florida teenager has been sentenced to three years in prison for attacking two llamas with a golf club.
One of the animals died. The other lost an eye.
Brandon Eldred, 18, of Palm Harbor, Fla., pleaded guilty to cruelty to animals for the February 2001 attack. He was found wandering down a road shortly after the attack with blood on his shirt and the broken shaft of a golf club in his hand.
A companion who was with him pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years.
The judge called the crime a shock to the conscience.
The two had previously been sentenced for attacking two bulls with bows and arrows, and they're accused of torturing a goat to death.

3 years, out in 1 for good behavior. As soon as he walks out, he asks the security guard at the gate "Pardon, do you know where the nearest golf store is?"
Bet on it.

At least the only animal he can beat in prison is a monkey :)

He's a useless, worthless piece of skin just taking up space. He will never produce anything positive for anyone in this world. Maybe there's a llama lover in prison who will do us all a favor and make sure he doesn't get out this time.

It's only a matter of time before these sick puppies move on to torturing and killing people.
