Abortionist's wife on kill charge
The Australian ^ | June 21, 2002 | Leisa Scott

Posted on 06/20/2002 4:41:27 PM PDT by Al B.

THE de facto wife of abortionist doctor Peter Bayliss was charged with his unlawful killing yesterday.

Claudia McEwan denied the charge, which was laid after coroner Michael Halliday told the reopened inquest into Bayliss's death there were "a great number of matters" a jury should decide.

McEwan had admitted she regularly doped his coffee secretly with Prozac and Valium.

Mr Halliday said the "peculiar circumstances" of Ms McEwan's conduct on the night of the death of her partner of 24 years and her "particular and peculiar relationship" with him should be explored.

An earlier inquest had heard that Ms McEwan found Bayliss, 70, collapsed on the stairs on the night he died, but did not call an ambulance for 40 minutes because he had been angry at her for doing so following a similar incident three weeks earlier. He was dead when the ambulance arrived.

At the first inquest, Mr Halliday was critical of Ms McEwan's actions but handed down a finding of accidental death due to a heart condition brought on by sleeping pill toxicity.

Investigations into the death were reopened after friends of Bayliss alleged Ms McEwan was secretly putting Prozac and occasionally Valium into his coffee.

Under cross-examination yesterday, Ms McEwan admitted putting Prozac in Bayliss' coffee on almost a daily basis, and Valium on about six occasions. She said she did it to control his rages on the advice of two doctors, but denied using the sleeping pill Normison.

Breck McKay yesterday denied giving such advice to Ms McEwan and Dawn Cullen said this week that while she condoned the action, she had not suggested it.

Police prosecutor Sergeant Peter McKeever said there was a crime motive, given the evidence that Bayliss was having an affair.

Ms McEwan was released on bail.

I'm sure the defense will claim that an anti-Abortion activist broke into the house to poison the "doctor".

Hopefully he is where he deserves to be for the murder of innocent babies.

As far as I am concerned it [his being killed] could not have happened to a nicer guy.

As close to the truth about the joys of baby-killing that will ever be printed in a major newpaper.

YUP! The serial killers have to drug themselves through life, to numb their screaming bloody consciences. Ahh, but the pro-abortion folks consider the sacrifices worth it, to keep their murderous rite running strong.

"...Hopefully he is where he deserves to be for the murder of innocent babies..."

All of us have to account for a fairly standard, embarrassingly banal laundry list of sins...

The envy, lust, pride and greed that we've all been guilty of.

And yes, it's fair to say that 'sin is sin'.

But this filthy turd slaughtered babies for a living.

My guess is that this piece of sh*t Bayliss hit the floor in Hell so hard he cracked the tiles.

Consider for a moment what it means to try and justify this heinous 'procedure'! Those who try to keep this evil ongoing are stating in no ambiguous terms that they believe it proper to murder babies at the mother's whim. And it is fair to say that this procedure could have been used in an emergency situation by a woman's physian, to save her life from imminent peril, but this current 'procedure' is in no way an emergency action. It is murder of the most vulnerable, sucking the poor 'mother' into complicity with the murder. (But the handlers do get good baby tissue for experiments and anti-viral preparations, for what that evil is worth in HELL.)

I missed an "i" "c". Oh well, tired fingers! (Too many don't 'see' anyway.)

"...Consider for a moment what it means to try and justify this heinous 'procedure'!..."

The mental gymnastics employed by the pro-death cabal are of precisely the same nature as those employed by their spiritual comrades at Auschwitz.

The practice of ruthlessly, systematically murdering millions of innocents, without apparent remorse or guilt, isn't a new thing.
