Arab Jews Better Off Under Islamic Rule

A two-day symposium in the capital has concluded that Arab Jews have enjoyed greater fundamental rights and freedom under Arab Islamic rule than under Israeli Zionist regimes.

Participants of a symposium on The Jews in The Arab World, held at the Zayed Centre for Coordination and Follow-Up, said in their final communique that Arab Jews have always been denied their fundamental rights and freedom under Israeli regimes.

The symposium began on Sunday and concluded on Monday, with the final communique released on Tuesday.

The participants called upon Arab research and study centres to conduct studies to reveal the true picture of how Arab Jews are treated in Israel and how they were treated under Arab Islamic rule prior to their migration to the Zionist state.

The participants also referred to the peaceful co-existence of Muslims and Jews in Arab Muslim countries, where Jews are treated equally and enjoy their fundamental rights and freedom, which they cannot under Israeli regimes.

They also reiterated the fact that what is being diffused by the international Zionist propaganda to sow deep-rooted hatred in the hearts of Arabs and Muslims towards the Jews will never serve the cherished goal of peaceful co-existence.

They further discussed the situation of the Arab Jews currently living in Israel, and their attitudes towards the Arab-Israeli conflict, in comparison with their situation in the Arab countries throughout the history of the Arab Islamic civilisation, which rendered an exemplary model of tolerance, understanding, peaceful living, religious and sectarian freedom, in addition to preservation of the rights to privacy.

The symposium also shed light on the Zionist propaganda machinery that those Arab Jews are now safe and secure in Israel after they had got rid of the harm and damage inflicted upon them by the Arabs and Muslims.

"Such visions and allegations are the result of a broad brainwashing process committed by Zionism to deceive and mislead the so-called Diaspora Jews, who were living in the Arab countries, and persuade them to migrate to Israel," they said in their joint statement.

The symposium called for the need to rephrase the Arab media rhetoric addressed to Israel and the West, and demanded further coordinated efforts to diffuse tolerance among all nations regardless of their origins and beliefs, and through the sublime Islamic teachings.

The participants also called upon Arab research centres to conduct studies and research focusing on the fact that the Jews have never enjoyed freedom and good treatment such as that provided under the Arab Islamic rule.

"The conference also calls for the forming of a task force from among researchers, verifiers and translators to translate into Arabic the 'Talmud', which is considered the major source of the Judaist jurisprudence, so as to disclose the real basis of the Jewish attitudes towards people of other religions," urged the statement.

They also advised scholars and researchers to trace and follow up materials on the Internet and from other published sources about the relations between Jews and Muslims and, using the new communication technologies, create a better image for the Arabs and Muslims who are seeking a just and comprehensive regional peace in accordance with the international legitimacy.

The symposium was addressed by Arab and Muslim scholars from around the world.

Among the renowned participants was Dr Jamal Al Refaie', Professor of Hebrew and Director of Semitic Languages' Department at Ain Shams University of Egypt.

Responding to a question on whether the Islamic rhetoric was the major cause of isolating the Jews and creating a feeling of antagonism against them, Dr Al Refaie' said that the Quranic rhetoric was addressed to the Rabbis and Talmud scriptwriters and not to the Jewish laymen.

He added that history bears witness to the tolerance of Muslims towards the Jews. Asked if Arab rulers were behind the migration of the Jews, he said that the migration of Arab Jews took place at a time when Arab countries were under occupation.

Regarding the nature of hatred harboured by Jews towards the Arab world, he said that Zionism has created some history for the Jews, convincing them that they have always been persecuted and oppressed which, in turn, generated the feeling of hatred in Jews for all other nations.

As for the role of the Arab Jews in promoting foreign occupation, he pointed out that the Jews used to translate the Arab heritage into Hebrew deleting any reference to the Holy Quran and the traditions and life of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH). They also were cooperative with the occupation forces as they used to provide them with all kinds of supplies, he added.

Referring to the Jews currently residing in the Arab countries, he said they are very few in number, but constitute a part of the social texture of the countries they are living in.

Another scholar, Dr Abdullah Ramzi, Teacher of Comparative Semitic and Hebrew Studies at Ain Shams University, elaborating on the electronic media role, said that the Arab media should review its rhetoric so as to have a real effect on their minds.

About the religious nature of Israel, he said that Israel is a product of the Western desire to get rid of the Jews and their problems, and that religion has been used as a cover to motivate the Jews to migrate to Palestine.

In 1945 there were more than 870,000 Jews living in the various Arab states. Many of their communities dated back 2,500 years. Throughout 1947 and 1948 these Jews were persecuted. Their property and belongings were confiscated. There were anti-Jewish riots in Aden, Egypt, Lybia, Syria, and Iraq. In Iraq, Zionism was made a capital crime. Aproximately 600,000 Jews sought refuge in the State of Israel.(1) They arrived destitute, but they were absorbed into the society and became an integral part of the state. In effect, then, a vertible exchange of populations took place between Arab and Jewish refugees. Thus the Jewish refugees became full Israeli citizens while the Arab refugees remained "refugees" according to the wishes of the Arab leaders.

There were communities of Jews living in Iraq that were remnants of the Babylonian exiles. That is until this century when the kindly Arabs wiped them out.

Moral of story: Islamics rule, Israeli-Zionists suck. Granted a secular worshiping Israel is hardly ideal for a religious Jew, still, Israel is not self-worshiping itself nor demanding worship in obsene ways like that.

Seems the "Arab Jew" issue is a hard one for the Arabs to face, who paint israel as a European, alien intrusion into their space.

Another example of obsession and deflection. I don't know any other area of the world where such exists to this degree. Even the communists tried to keep coherent.

Of course, if this is all true, they should adopt an open border policy - it works wonders here! But it sounds like more of an attempt to fix up the loose ends of their eliminationist strategy.

And worshiping Islamic rule is not using Islam's religion icons as a cover for corrupt political clout? What are these people talking about? Since when the Islamic rule did not involve religion as a pretext?

They contradict themselves in the whole article. And since when the zionist state had for mandate religious reasons? It is a secular state? Are they nuts?

Hallucinating on Kat?

Note also the heavy influence on definitions as opposed to genuine power. Since when a Jew ever held parliamentary or official executive powers in an Islamic state? They do in Israel. It would not be Islamic, it would be Marxist, but certainly not Islamic.

I swear this thing comes from a hybrid absurdity of the Chinese politbureau mixed with Islamic hallucinatory visions of Allah.

AND same thing for the Western states they criticize to be influenced against Jewish religion. Sick. At least we do not self worship ourselves to death like this in tyrannical manner. These people need to have their sufferance abridged and shot while they are agonising.

After the BS factor is removed, it can be defined at its lowest common denominator...

Jew=bad

Islam=good

Allah says so and you better agree or we bust your nose.

German Jews Better Off Under Nazi Rule (1938)

A two-day symposium in the capital Berlin has concluded that German Jews have enjoyed greater fundamental rights and freedom under Nazi rule than under Israeli Zionist regimes.

Participants of a symposium on The Jews in the Nazi world, held at the Himmler Centre for Coordination and Follow-Up, said in their final communique that German Jews have always been denied their fundamental rights and freedom under Israeli regimes.

The symposium began on Sunday and concluded on Monday, with the final communique released on Tuesday.

The participants called upon German research and study centres to conduct studies to reveal the true picture of how German Jews are treated in Israel and how they were treated under Nazi rule prior to their migration to the Zionist state.

The participants also referred to the peaceful co-existence of Nazis and Jews in Occupied German Europe, where Jews are treated equally and enjoy their fundamental rights and freedom, which they cannot under Israeli regimes.

They also reiterated the fact that what is being diffused by the international Zionist propaganda to sow deep-rooted hatred in the hearts of Nazis and Muslims towards the Jews will never serve the cherished goal of peaceful co-existence.

Abu Dhabi huh? Some interesting articles come out of the Gulf. One day they are having an International Scrabble Tournament and listening to a lecture on how secularism means prosperity and the next they veer off into this. I don't know but if they are only referring to Abu Dhabi and Bahrain, Jews might (if there are any there) be better off than Arabs in Israel. They sure could keep a lot more of the money they earn.
