Palestinian gunman opens fire in Jewish settlement

JERUSALEM, June 20 (Reuters) - At least one Palestinian gunman infiltrated a Jewish settlement in the northern West Bank on Thursday and opened fire, critically wounding at least one person, Israeli security sources said.

"There is an infiltration in the settlement of Itamar," the source said. "At least one Israeli is critically wounded."

Israeli Channel One television said preliminary reports from the settlement indicated that two gunmen had entered one of the houses and was holed up inside.

Let's hope the IDF finds a way to seriously injure these gunmen without killing them, so that they'll have another 60-70 years of life to look forward to, suffering from constant pain and crippling disfigurement, just like they cause to all the innocent victims of suicide bombers.
