bin Laden Kin Sells Boston Condo for $1.8 million

BIN LADEN RELATIVE SELLS PROPERTY Mohammed M. bin Laden, a relative of Osama bin Laden, has sold one of his condominiums at Charlestown's Flagship Wharf.

It wasn't clear whether the transaction meant anything but a simple sale for a good price. Mohammed bin Laden purchased the two-bedroom unit in 1995 for $245,000 and sold it this spring for a whopping $1.8 million to an F. W. Johnson, according to online real estate records from the Warren Group.

With rates where they are, a punk stock market, and the only growing population in the civilized world, US real estate is not a market I would look to short right now.

Not adding, or taking profits, OTOH, may make sense.
