When energy reserves run low this summer, the state will turn to some California businesses to help make up the difference, state officials said Tuesday.
Businesses that volunteer for the new "Demand Reserve Partnership" will reduce the amount of energy they use at key times, when demand for power is high and blackouts are imminent.

Anything this bimbo puts out, falls directly into the Spreading of Bravo Sierra.
Which means we need these guys to help clean up after Bazar spreads it.

I have a better idea, close up Davis's offices, his criminal AG and all of the offices of the Rats in the Kali legislature for the rest of the year. This will allow businesses to stay open, pay their employees, produce a product or service that someone needs. Cali's economy needs healthy businesses not busy Rats.

Consider the economic ramifications of this. California taxpayers or electricity users (I'm not sure which, although they are often the same person) will be paying businesses not to be producing their product.
Without question, this will cause a decrease in supply of those products, thus causing prices to rise. Consumers will pay more.
California residents lose twice under this plan.
A better policy would be to encourage plant operators to build more plants in California. That would increase the supply of power, driving down the cost for it. Businesses could use all they need to produce as much product as they can, driving down the cost for that.
And, California taxpayers/power users wouldn't be paying this money to businesses to curtail power usage.
So, is this what passes for political leadership in California today?

Oops, you suggest that the principal of supply and demand be inniated in the People's Republic..!?
Shame on you. Don't you know we gotta get Evil Big Business in tow, so all those illegal immigrants can power up Mexican video games? Now there is a growth industry.
