Well, all I can tell you is that I tried to watch Ozzy on Leno, and I couldn't understand a word.

Some peoples english accents are hard to understand. Ive been to England and Scotland, and let me tell you, some of the people i met there I couldnt understand a damn thing they were saying and they supposedly were speaking english.

I have an easier time understanding asian immigrants with no grasp of the english language than some of the people I met over there.
