One of the daughters has refused to participate in the program.

Aimee, their now 19 year old daughter refused to do the show because she wanted to keep her privacy. She is also trying to become a 'rock star' and wanted to do so on her own without the publicity of The Osbournes.

She blew it. Kelly is now all the rage and sang at the MTV Movie Awards.

And one of the factors that has made The Osbournes a success is that it is real, whereas The Real World is manufactured.

Kelly did indeed sing at the MTV Movie Awards, but her live performance is not what the folks in TV-Land (or the reporters backstage) heard.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, its SOP in the teen idol manufacturing industry.

I know the kids in Kelly's backing band (their dad used to be their lead singer until they got signed to Sharon Osbourne's Divinty label.

I've known the kids in Pure Rubbish and their dad for over 5 years now. They got profiled in this week's Rolling Stone; their mom is on the road with them as they tour the Ozzfest again.

I haven't read the article but may drop in a library to do so.
