The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education has taken up the case of The Koala, a student publication, which the university is prosecuting over a parody of the Hispanic hate group Mecha. The Koala stands charged with "disruption" for "taking photographs" at a Mecha meeting that was open to the public--though in fact the photographer was not a member of The Koala and submitted the photos to the publication after the fact.

"Mecha is a virulently anti-Semitic organization"

Universities despise free speech.

Is there a link to the actual Koala article that started all this? I poked through the Koala archives and was unable to locate it.

I'd love to see it.

They are also very much anti-gringo, anti-black and even anti-hispanic if they don't happen to agree with their political philosophy. Which happens to be separatism by the way.

You want to see a REAL racist gang? Check out aztlan.net. Mecha and Aztlan are two peas in the same pod!

These idiots meet on my college campus and are authorized to do so by the President of the school.
I wrote a letter to complain, in which I provided them links to the their hate-filled web site.
The school wrote back saying that, just because I "disagree with their philosophy," is no reason to ban them from a public college's facilities or advertising on school bulleting boards.
Any ideas on what I should do next?
