Try this.........It's night time...your walking on a dark, deserted street...You feel someone stick something in your back and say "stick 'em up"...you whip around and put 4 holes in the guy with your concealed .380... he falls dead at your feet...turns out he was a kid fooling with you and it was his finger he stuck in your back...Is he still dead?
Yup.
And his IQ is exactly the same as when he was alive.
I sure hope so. That's Darwinian evolution in action. OTOH, it's not as easy to 'whip around' while holding a gun and put a bunch of bullets into someone. Also, a kid doesn't have a man's voice. A kid also shouldn't be out at night on a dark, deserted street.
But, this story doesn't seem plausable to me. I can't imagine such an event actually occurring in real life, but obviously you can.
