Yep, and I whole heartedly agree. Even here at work I have all but been called a terrorist when I mention the Constitution. I hear constantly 'but we're at war' and 'we need to get them sons of guns'. While I agree that the terrorist situation in the Middle East does need to be addressed, and I do agree that Bush has done more than X42, Bush has also taken upon himself and the general government responsibilities and powers that no POTUS in history, and that includes X16, would ever dream the general government would handle.
Look at SCOTUS and Bush just within the past three days. No rights if you use public transportation, no rights to join with others in a local community to prevent unwanted prospectors on your own private property, government purchase of thousands of homes for those 'less fortunate'(read in the exact words of Bush, minorities), government buyback of private property, and etc. Heck I just quit counting them
