I am upset because you took my words and put them on another thread which made them out of context. I don't consider that civil at all. The original discussion was the tax credit proposal, not whether or not there actually were land grabs. The article you posted the comments to was about a particular land grab conspiracy and did mention the U.N. as a part of the grand scheme. I don't mind discussing issues, but I refuse to play games. I agree that there are instances where the Gov. has stepped over the line and done land grabs. But we are going to have to agree to disagree over whether the proposal is such a land grab.
I'm not playing games. You seem upset at me just because I tried to point out that there is more to these land sales to environmental groups other than "willing sellers". Their continued lawsuits often make it impossible for anyone to profit from their land. Willing sellers are created. Tax credits to environemental groups will help them in their lawsuits, creating more regulations that agian make it impossible to profit from the land. More willing sellers. That is why this tax credit is a land grab. No tinfoil, no NWO, no Bush bashing. Just plain wrong.
