Santa Catalina sounds like a red herring. A freighter there would stand out among the yachts like an goony bird among sparrows.

Mexico. Middle of the night, small shore craft shuttles them to beach. They disperse into small groups (4 or 5) and eventually cross the border with the rest of the illegals. Lots of these M.E. men could pass for Mexican.

That's how I'd do it. And there are already plenty of reports of Iraqi's doing the same thing. (Mostly garden variety illegals, but who knows what else is mixed in with 'em?!)

Could work, but to be honest its getting kind of dangerous along the Mexican border.

Mexicans trying to sneek into the US are regularly beaten and robbed by gangs that patrol the Mexican side. It has become practically essential to hire a coyote in order to sneek in safely any more. Its much easier to elude the US Border Patrol than these gangs.

I suppose they could hire a coyote, but they are going to stick out big time in Mexico. There are fewer Arabs in Mexico than in the US. Remember also that there is none of this PC BS in Mexico.

If they do try this, they better bring along plenty of money for bribes.
