Sigh! We've been thru this BEFORE. Nichol's wife acquired her name of Padilla after she divorced him and took a new husband. "Padilla" is a common Spanish last name. So this whole bit about Nichol's wife becoming a "Padilla" means nothing.
Oh, and another PET PEEVE I have about the John Doe #2 topic is those nitpicking folks out there protesting that the John Doe #2 sketch looks a little different than Padilla.
EARTH TO NITPICKERS!!!
John Doe #2 did NOT sit down in front of the sketch artist so he could be conveniently drawn. No, the drawing was from the MEMORY of witnesses which was RELAYED to the sketch artist. Think about it. Can you give an accurate description of the last person who served you fast food to a sketch artist if need be? The fact is, I would be SHOCKED if the John Doe #2 sketch looked EXACTLY like Padilla. Something for you folks who are whining over the fact that the John Doe #2 sketch jawline looks a bit different than Padilla's to think about.
When did that information start coming out? Over the weekend? If so, I missed it. And yes, Padilla is a common name, but it is an interesting coincidence, isn't it?
Anyone disagree with that, speak up please.
Excellent point and my thoughts exactly. IMO there is a very strong resemblance
Here is a photo of Michael Brescia, who some have believed to be JD#2 in the past.
BTW, sorry about the nitpicking - didn't see your rave about nitpickers until after I psoted my nitpicking to you. :)
