You will have to hit the link to read the article, but it seems that this attorney(Richard McCague) was smuggling marijuana to his "client"(Germaine Cook) who is charged with kidnapping a University of Pittsburgh student on Jan. 9th and making him drive around for nine hours and forcing him to make purcahses on his credit card.

I have yet to see you present any objective argument to support that assertion. Dogmatic accusations devoid of reason are indoctrination, not debate.
Oh, who will free these people, these liberdopians yearning to smoke free? Where is that Moses who will rise up and take the bong generation into the promised land?
And George heard the call and said, "I will take charge of these people. I will give tender care to poor and affilicted drug users. I will break their chains. I will give them dope and hope."
And the Cato Institute said, "Amen."

Some Adolescents More Likely To Use Drugs After Viewing Ads, Federally-Commissioned Report Says
Washington, DC: Advertisements paid for by the federal government to deter teens from using drugs may actually be encouraging some viewers to experiment with marijuana, according to statements made by White House Drug Czar John Walters this week. Walters' admission came just days before the release of a federally-commissioned report announcing that the government's $1.8 billion dollar anti-drug ad campaign has failed to discourage teens from using drugs, and in some cases, may actually encourage use.
Nevertheless, despite the campaign's admitted failings, the Drug Czar is asking Congress to continue funding the program at present levels - approximately some $180 million annually. Walters alleges that he will manage the monies more efficiently than previous administrations.
Quit wasting our tax dollars on this stupidity!!!
The issue of harder drugs is strictly a medical issue and should be treated a such.
You lack the necessary cognitive skills to argue anything other then "pot is baaaddd".
Huh? One doesn't have to work for the ACLU to join the ACLU. I bet you there are many public defenders out there who are dues paying members of the ACLU.
And the crime of 'practicing medicine without a license' will be expunged from the books, eh? Medicine is used to treat diseases such as boredom, peer pressure, poverty, hopelessness, despair, and emotional pain, eh?
I have never felt such pathos, I have never known such sadness on behalf of fellow human beings. I have not known sadness that even approaches the depth of this sadness since I first read about the Holocaust and the ovens of Auschwitz when I was 9 years old. But this--the brazen and cruel acts of THIS anti-dope statist regime--exceeds even the horrors of the Nazi holocaust.
For even the Nazis had the decency to allow the Volk to abuse drugs. *Sigh*
The miserable state of slavery inflicted on the liberdopians is just too much for me to bear.
Excuse me while I change out the sponges I have duct-taped beneath my eyes to catch the torrent of tears.

pure bliss for an intellectually weak character who looks externally for all the problems of man, which are created internally, by man. hooray for collectivization of rights...tryrants worship at your feet!
yabbadabbadoo...go back in your cave, neanderthal.
Sometimes. That's what anti-depressants are for. People get them by prescription from their doctor, and some people use them to excess and self-destruction. Most people learn to use physical exertion and other means to alter their endorphine levels, some of them to excess and self destruction. Many others self-medicate with alcohol, more frequently to excess and self destruction.
Sorry, but with Dane, its the same old mantra over and over.
