a place near you may not charge too much
we are in the shallow water of lake in Adirondacks
my mom is tryin' to teach me to swim
the inner tube looks huge
were they that big in those days
my mom looks so young and pretty and happy
my dad got in it for one second, there he is in his bermuda shorts with pipe stuck in his mouth
Love, Palo

Well, I am going to look around at the places around here, and see what they charge...I have some very large spools of film, and then smaller rolls as well...will begin to experiment with seeing how much they are going to charge...

Your old home movies sound wonderful...

My dad also used to like to experiment with his film...we might be watching scenes from a vacation trip, maybe somewhere like Yellowstone, and then all of a sudden, some really odd film clips come in...

Dad used to splice sections of old Hollywood movies, into his home movies...

Its kind of hard to explain...but you might see a film of us kids and mom watching Old Faithful, and then all of a sudden, there might be the 'Three Stooges' or 'Laurel and Hardy' watching Old Faithful...

Or dad also like to take movies of odd looking people...I remember at the New York Worlds Fair, there was a man in line, who had the biggest stomach I ever saw...and of course, dad took movies of that stomach while the man wasnt watching...later dad would insert some appropriate words from an old silent movie, commenting on that stomach...

Dad also liked to take movies of young ladies, who really wiggled when they walked...and again, he would add appropriate worded comments clipped from old time silent movies...

So whenever we were viewing a new roll of film that dad had gotten developped, we never quite knew what else we might be seeing, besides the home movie..
