I wouldn't be too hard on ol' FOX, they were relying on the local TV station which said he was in custody-they are to blame.

Yeah, but they should question their local stations like every other outlet. No matter who it is, it should always be verified before it is broadcast. Local Yokels have a habit of sensationalism, and in their eagerness, they totally lost sight of accuracy. Imagine if you were Elizabeth's parents, and you saw that alert at the bottom of the screen. What are the consequences then? Fox needs to settle down a little bit, IMHO.

Or the bomb attack at the Olympics in Atlanta.

Nancy Grace's face must be red. She just spent 1/2 hr of the LKL show interviewing the convenience store clerk in Texas who let the "suspect" take a bottle of water from her store. Grace's eyes were big as saucers and she was oohing and ahhing thru the whole talk. ROFL! So much for accuracy in media. They are making fools of themselves today!

Edmunds is not the person he saw in the car (Edmunds' car). He has never been asked to describe the man he saw to the police, and he has never done so.
