I collect cookbooks and can't wait to buy it. Until I discovered FR our evenings were me reading cookbooks, trying recipes, or going back and forth on the TV between my 2 hours taped soaps (yipes), the food channel and fox. (Plus Rush during the day...that's why I tape my soaps on my day off LOL) Talk about a paradox!!!!!!!

A GREAT free website, if any of you haven't found it, is EPICURIOUS.com. You can do a search by ingredient, anyone can rate the recipe, give suggestions and it has been a great way to "get out of the box". Most of the original recipes come from BonAppetite, Food and Wine etc. The best part is the followup by people like you and me...
