Yes, that means they'd have to condemn each other. Either that, or there would be a rape occurring with four witnesses just standing around, or some other ridiculous scenerio. No wonder Muslim males don't take rape seriously, by their teachings it's nearly impossible to prosecute.

Let me add that four male Muslims could be found, supposedly in a war-time setting after a village was overrun by enemies for instance, but the four male requirement in general cases indicates a complete disrepect for women.
