What's interesting is that there are non-Muslim terrorists in the world: The IRA, Basque separatists and, of course, the Shining Path.

I saw Blown Away with Tommy Lee Jones as an ex-IRA bomber as the villain. But I guess these terrorists won't get any play. After all, the Shining Path are Marxists, IIRC.

There ARE non-muslim terrorists, but they are mainly interested in changing things in only one country or region. muslim terrorists are not only more numerous and more willing to die for their "cause", but they are out for world domination. That even applies to those muslim terorists that pose as "national liberations fronts", like the "Palestinian" terrorists.

BTW, I forgot ALF and ELF. They are, in fact, terrorist groups that Hollywood would never ever think of portraying that way. I did read an article several weeks ago about comparing Al Qaeda to Bond's arch-nemesis, SPECTRE. They really are the only terrorist movement with international objectives.

Seems to be a constant thing with Hollywierd. Another recent fact change on a movie was (I forgot the movie title) the one where Keanu Reeves tries to play the part of a guy that brought youth baseball to an inner city. Hollywierd made this guy out to be a drunken bar hopper that reluctantly took on this task. Nope. He was a drunken bar hop before giving his life to Christ. After that, he chose to teach these kids the all American pasttime of baseball.

Only two movies I can think of in recent years with Arab terrorists are True Lies and The Siege.

That's weird because there aren't any other movies with the Arab terrorists. But they are making all the news past couple of years, and responsible for the terrorism that infects America today! (Israel as well, obviously)

It will be great if someone like Mel Gibson or Arnold S. would sign a movie contract where he's an American soldier trying to stop an Arab terrorist who is attempting a major attack on America.

That will be the blockbuster of the year, IMHO.
