Who makes the determination? Innocent or no?

You and I do in this conversation. You know damn well what innocent means and we do not need the state to help us discuss.

Do you have the authority to take an innocent life or don't you?

Ordinarily, I would answer no..

But, a caveat.. Who get's to decide Demi?

Who defines "innocent"? And who is charged with trying their fellow man?
