I think it's a simpler mental deficiency.
-- And of course, he has no honor, so getting caught is not a problem to him.

The WOD is subverting ALL of our societys institutions. Your inablity to understand or 'see' that fact is pretty damn weird, -- I'll grant you that.

The chances of being caught are slim to none and yet they portray the WOD as the greatest danger to the Republic since the Revolution. It's even worse than public parks and laws against streetwalkers!!!

Roscoe doesn't want you to know that his Jefferson quote about property and society is taken totally out of context. He's arguing that patents are priveleges since ideas should be shared with the public at large.I noticed that too. I tracked down his quote and found the letter. (link)

Benefits aren't free. Social security, law enforcement and cleaning up after addicts have costs.

Libertarians are the one who advance the absurd position that that drugs should be treated like the right to keep and bear arms. -- They are both types of property that can be ill used, -- and are thus the targets of socialist creeps like you. - 659
Crack equals guns? Libertarians never tire of the false equation. -665
Thats an evasion, not a rational response. - 674

Do you have ANY shame roscoe? -- Do you enjoy looking like an irrational fool?

So what? -- We've been doing that socialistic nonsense since the thirties, - for booze.
-- And if you bleeding hearts insist, -- we can do it for 'drug addicts'. -- Without corrupting our society with a prohibitionary war.

"This defendant is a poster child against the argument for drugs being legalized," Superior Court Judge Stephen Ashworth said. "Not that he's not responsible. But if it wasn't for drugs, this never would have happened."Stupid Judge, if it wasn't for this irresponsible
individual this never would have happened.
I suppose this person would have been a Saint
if that horrible narcotic hadn't invaded his veins
and turned him into a vicious evil monster! It
makes me wonder what Hitler's excuse was.
If he had done it while not on Speed what excuse
would the liberal apologists have allowed him?
He was abused as a child? He had a tumor in
the brain? What tripe! The truth is this monster
also just happened to take methamphetamine.
Did the 40 year old war on drugs prevent this
awful situation from happening? No!
The decades old prohibition on drugs didn't
prevent this crime, so how could this Superior
Court Judge make such a stupid leap of logic?
