Okay, I will bite..
But, first.. Who tries our "alleged" innocents?
Who is charged with that?
Is it his peers by chance?

Let me give an example. I am confronted by a man with a gun. I pull my gun and he panics and grabs Deimidog as a sheild. The man shoots at me and the only way to shoot back is to shoot through Demi's body. Sorry Demi, but I would do that in a New York Minute.

Okay, I will bite.. But, first.. Nope. I'm not biting. You first. You tell me when you think it's perfectly acceptable to murder an innocent man, woman or child since you believe that you have the authority to do so.

Coward. And given the tendency of Libertarians to hold themselves above the rules, property rights would be further imperiled.

If Libertarianism were ever established as the law of the land, it would be destructive of our rights to own property. For example, we might have some Libertartian zealot contending that verbal leases had no statutory protections. Meaningless bull, rhetorical pap.

It's been said that collectivism and statism are the refuge of the covetous and incompetent.

Sorry Demi, but I would do that in a New York Minute. And you'd go to jail in a New York minute for manslaughter if not murder.

Hey man, if you go haywire and stuff..
Who is going to put you to death exactly?
Will it be your peers, fedgov or who exactly?
I am curious.. Who has the right to kill you?

LOL. Roscoe, you cannot answer the simplest of direct questions. That makes you a coward.

Nobody will convict you. This is a conversation between you and I. For the hypothetical purpose of this question, there is no state. You claim that you have the authority to murder an innocent man. Let's pretend that you would get away with it. Under what circunstance do you have the moral authority to murder someone?

Meaningless bull, rhetorical pap. Libertarian rhetoric is for the most part strident, superficial and profoundly ignorant. That's a very poor basis for the protection of property rights.

I am curious.. Who has the right to kill you? An individual acting in self defense, a State that has capital punishment, and Law enforcement agencies that allow deadly force and whose guidelines are followed..

Libertarian rhetoric is for the most part strident, superficial and profoundly ignorant. And those are its good points.

Demi..
If I do this crime, who has the right to take my life?
It's very simple..
