Constitution Day - yes, amazing! But, these are just words. The proof is in the doing. Let's see what the liberal Cary City Council votes to do ...... my guess is this headline was just that - a headline - and that the TRUTH will be hiding in those nasty long Council meetings with a lot of local government gobbledygook hiding the facts.
But at LEAST he said these words: TAX CUTs for TAXPAYERS.
