I wonder if they seized puters from all of the VD's sex party friends to see what they have on them. I agree if they have proof hang him, no torture him then hang, errr torture him some more then shoot him.
To: winodog
I don't know that we have determined if the pizza party people had their puters searched....Anyone??

Lanza...sometimes "funny" is the truth! :~)
Court TV..Is this the SAME court TV that had the talking heads saying that 2/3rds of ALL child abductions are done by family members or some trusted friend, who know their way around the house and the families habits...JUST as they are claiming in the Smart Case.
Then, they try immediately start discussing Westerfield's alledged abduction and murder of Danielle.
We've got dope smoking, drunk, and out of control sexual desires in that home on that night, and the parents or their friends AREN'T suspect? Beam me up, Scotty!
Hello, Court TV? Anybody Home....????

Absolutely! It's been way too long since we've had a June like this, hasn't it?
Don't know how hot it is where you are, but here on the island, right on the water (where it's usually cooler), we're in the 90's .
To: theirjustdue
I'm not even sure how hot it is...my house is 84!
Finally get a nice day here and have been at this puter all day...arggg.

Not only that but they keep repeating they dont see what the van dams being sexually active with many people in their home while their children are there and smoking dope, drinking and what does that have to do with the vile, evil, immoral DW having porn on his puter and doing crazy things in his motor home like driving to a bunch of cool spots where babes are all over and he can check em out and maybe get lucky. Not only that but he watched these women feel each other up and invite men and women to go have sex with them but he is a pervert cause he watched them doing these things without actually asking if he could do it too.
Whats up is down and right is wrong

Straying from topic here......
Has anyone had any experience with people like the volunteer ranger man, Donald? It seems that 99.9% of these types are wannabe Barney Fifes.
I know our volunteer policeman around here are a danger in and of themselves. They are usually very senior citizens that drive around in the volunteer cars in a manner that would likely get them pulled over were they not in the volunteer black & white unit.
This poor Donald guy was the stereotypical senior volunteer. My guess is that those dark tinted glasses he wore indicate that he has some vision problems. I'd also say the odds are 50-50 that he saw an actual wallet. A man his age would probably just assume a stack of bills flipped were in a wallet. For all we (or he for that matter) know, there was no actual wallet; or at least Westerfield's regular billfold.
To my mind, if a witness supposedly testifies to very pertinent information, he or she better not exhibit any confusion. This Donald had a smart-aleck manner and lacked credibility, IMO.
Then there's the tow truck driver. When it was all said and done, he practically said that he would have given helpful information to Feldman's investigator if they agreed to pay Westerfield's bill. I guess that guy told the jury, in essence, that his story could change depending on the highest bidder.
I don't think either of these men were convincing and it stood out because they were the first witnesses that began to get up close and personal with David Westerfield around the dates in question.

Clarification.....the media gal was asked to pay his bill before he would talk to her....not the investigator.....that is what I heard anyway.....don't ask me to testify!!

Hmmm......I must have misunderstood Feldman's question. I thought he was speaking about someone that called the driver from his (Feldman's) office. Oh well.......

Wonder if they are going to put any witnesses on the stand that complained of the MH in the neighborhood?..so far, not one has said it was a problem. No one has been asked, except pizza guys. I did get the impression, that some of the other witnesses appeared a little annoyed, since neighborhoods are like that-- and counsel kept trying to bring up CCRs, especially with BvD-- this was all ruled irrelevant, as I recall. The stranger-danger factor may have marked DW, too-- it appears he's not integrated with the neighborhood.
I keep wondering if the adult/family bar-b-qs were keeping Mrs. Kravitz up at nite-- or if she had to keep her kids from looking out the windows and peeping through the fence./sarcasm

That's the problem with most of the "attack DW" stuff - not that it couldn't be done by anyone living - but that, other than his fateful liaison dangereuse with some sluts and slutmongers, he seems like a pretty tame mild-mannered Main Street whitebread kinda guy - not a guy who has acted as a body double for Chuck Norris...

This thread has gotten too big for me. Takes forever to Refresh. I don't have the best computer in the world. :-( See you on the other thread?

"ahhh...the life of an rv'er...pull up to a gorgeous SD beach, set everything up, and then sit there staring and wondering why someone has pulled the curtains shut."....Yeah, she's a real weekend warrior.

I guess I'm not shocked by other's people's lifestyles anymore (much), but it is beyond me that people would allow this kind of crapp to go on with their little daughter in the house. Get a babysitter, then get a hotel room with a revolving door....but with your child in the house? This I find unbelievable.
Hugs,
PPM
