I do not consider the families of bombers as "innocents." In fact, the entire Palesinian culture is guilty. From the day they are born, Palistinians are raised by their families to murder. They are encouraged by their government, religion, community, friends and families to kill jews. They have a gun in their hand before they are potty-trained and they are taught the ways and means to kill jews. Here in America, we call it "conspiring to commit murder" and "aiding and abetting" a criminal act. Innocent people die due to these criminal acts.
