LAFAYETTE, Calif. (AP) - A man who successfully signed up his poodle to vote as a Republican pleaded no contest Monday to a misdemeanor fraud charge and paid a $250 fine. Donald Miller, 78, registered his poodle Barnabas three years ago to protest the voter registration process.

Serves him right for not registering it as a Democrat.
If he had registered it as a Rat, there would have been no problem.
The dog would have been on welfare, MediCal, food stamps and enrolled in a Personal Self Worth Approval class. Then the rats would have sent one of their vans around to pick the dog up to vote several times in Kali. this November for Herr Davis.
