I wonder how they will know which class (or lack therof) the child came from. Is it now required to give such information upon kindergarten registration, or will it be a new requirement?

Excellent question, TA. And, I don't know the answer. Also, maybe your wife should write to Lori's editor, as it doesn't seem it should be too much trouble to add the word "preK" after "private" since there are "private pre-Ks."
