Well, there was lobbing a few cruise missles at suspected terrorist camps and not hitting anything of consequence.

And there was that "Wag the Dog"-esque attack during the impeachment proceedings.

However, it is interesting to note that, on one hand Lockhart complains that nobody in the media cared about anything but Lewinsky, and on the other hand, he claims that there was intense media scrutiny over these Mickey Mouse military strikes that are long forgotten.

In other words, what we have here is another Clintonista speaking out of both sides of his mouth (and another fawning member of the liberal media not catching the inconsistency in her own article).
