The only hitch in that scenario, whther we're talking fleshy corpse or skelton is that there's no shoulder on the Rock Creek Parkway and it's a rather busy road with fast traffic. Perhaps it could be done, quickly, at night. Clothes may have to be tied to the skeleton to make sure they "go the distance" down the ravine, and if it landed where the pelvis meets the left leg, the left leg may have broken off and rolled away from the rest of the body. (The skull as well.) Just a thought.

I've jogged on Broad Branch next to the park. I agree it would be very difficult to stop for any period of time on that road, especially in the dark. What about on Brandywine? How far is Brandywine from where the bones were found?
