I have said before that if blacks don't want to be stereotyped as criminals then they should as a whole quit committing so many crimes. I know everyone should be treated on their on merits, but blacks sure shouldn't be screaming racism about profiling when it is obvious to anyone that they do tend to be more prone to violence.

Does anyone have a link to the current stats of crimes broken down by race???

Just a theory, but perhaps part of the woodshed was, "You made your bed, now you lie in it."

Once Card was slated for FNS, on Thursday, to have then pulled him would have made the "cancelation" the story. Bush sucked the oxygen out of it by letting it run its course.

I heard Mubarak comment on Fox News (not this morning) over the weekend and he was saying how we shouldn't take one event and profile muslim men...well, how about ALL the other events then starting back in 1972 against the Jewish athletes in Germany and count them up until last year...NO, it's not just one event, Mr. Mubarak, it's a whole plane load full of events and it IS Muslim extremists who want us dead and I think it's call SELF DEFENSE!

What really bugs me is the lack of Muslim backlash against the terrorism...if a bunch of Protestants were doing something similar, I'd like to think I would be amongst the loudest decrying the bastardization of my religion!!

The GOP better start doing a better job of countering this stupid statement. The tax cuts haven't even taken effect yet! Why aren't we out there saying this? How can the tax cuts be causing us so much trouble when they are not even in effect yet?? I would like to know what their response would be to that.
