Sad that Westerfield had to turn over his house to the lawyers. If he is found not guilty can he sue anybody?

The government has a lot of immunity and a PH showed sufficient evidence to bind him over for trial, so unless there is some provable fabrication of evidence by someone I doubt it. I am of the opinion he is facing an uphill battle.
