This is the fight for Enduring Freedom from terrorism, led by President George Bush,
helped by the valiant US military and US citizens and citizens of other countries
who oppose terrorists.

Compare and Contrast:

Palestinians: Blow up non-combatants men, women, children, and the elderly; or maim
them with poison-dipped shrapnel.

Israelis: Blows up emptied (or relatively empty) buildings, sends soldiers on foot
into ambushes on the hostiles' turf, smashes cars now and then.
Oh, and confiscates arms illegal arms shipments.
Ocassionally does targeted hits of terrorist leaders.
Will occassionally kill a non-combatant with a stray round or round shot by
nervous recruit.

And many Europeans love the Palestinians and hate the Israelis.

I'm beginning to think that "The Sick Old Man of Europe" is lots of Europe.
I know this is somewhat simplistic, but that's my personal feeling.
