Prosecutor Jonathan Benedict has been getting high praise for his closing argument Monday that wove the disparate pieces of the state's case against Michael Skakel into a tight mosaic - one that gave skeptics pause and the jurors enough fodder to carry them into a fourth day of deliberations today.

The Rules of Practice are the law with respect to what you can and cannot do in a particular court.

Has any Kennedy been convicted? Smith walked on rape charges. Another Kennedy was accused of sex with a minor. I recall one of the now dead Kennedys faced drug charges for which he received a slap on the wrist. Then there is Ted Kennedy and Mary Jo, plus other accusations against the creep. Yet he's still in the US Senate.

Skakel is NOT a Kennedy, he's a Skakel. He's related to Ethel who was married to Bobby Kennedy. I think this might be her brother's son.
