At first I thought Chandra was in the Atlantic or at least the bay, but she wasn't. If someone had her body hidden somewhere, why would they bring it out & put it where it was likely to be found? Why would the killer want it to be found? I think it has been there all along & the police in DC are just extra stupid or they are corrupt & they were paid off & told NOT to search too well.

If that section of Rock Creek Park is anything like remote areas of Philadelphia parks, it's loaded with poison ivy. It's easy to see how a searcher might choose to avoid it. It also makes me wonder about the condom or theories about a tryst in the woods.
