For the record, there are a bunch of people who question the prosecution's case who've quit posting because of Vd supporters, too. I have their emails, too. Some who are left are still considering giving it up.

It sounded like Feldman got shut down when he tried to pin the "dog scratch" incident down to Tuesday. If I remember correctly, she definitely said it happened on Tuesday in the PH. Now she says Thursday and Mudd won't let Feldman go there. That's strange

Fair enough..even though you all don't or won't believe it..i've always understood your need to focus on their behaviour..it would have been nice to hear people say more often "if the trial proves this true" once in a while.. I never understood why it was so hard for you guys to understand the need for some of us to have the trial to confirm stuff.. twas an interesting and learning experience.

I have a question open to anyone willing to answer.

How can a Freeper join a thread and make either a controversial, challenging, critical, or even nasty comment and then start squealing like an injured baby when he or she is responded to in kind?

It completely baffles me.

They always act like someone just ambushed them and often you find out that they threw the first punch, if you will.

I have seen it so much lately. I guess they think the past posts disappear and readers can't see what actually took place.

Oh......and then there are a few of those on the high horses that are often the worst offenders, but suddenly attempt to pass themselves off as innocent bystanders.

There's a real lack of honesty about the whole thing, IMO.

I am not convinced that Westerfield di it. But, I am waiting for more info on the blood/hair evidence....

Damon has no alibi. Brenda is to be pitied. The idiots that were "invited" into their home are scum.

The reality .... Danielle is dead. Her life is over. The people involved in this mess have a lot to live with for the rest of their lives. The whole sordid story is disgusting. When are we, as individuals, as a community, as a nation, going to understand that self-discipline is critical to a civilized society,,, Not that soon, from the sense of the posts here...

So many seem to be eager to excuse misbehavior on one side or the other.

Can't a person be "against the Van Dams" for their hideous lifestyle (as I am) and be kinda convinced by the forensic evidence to (at this point in time) be in favor of Westerfield being convicted? There seems to be a feeling that if you think Westerfield is guilty then you must be approving of swinging. Nothing could be further from the truth.
