Uh-oh, red flag there. This is always something I've been careful about. I have read that you have to be extremely cautious when having construction work done. And I remember the Ramsey house in Boulder had been having tons of work done prior to Jon-Benet's death. That's what has always made me go easy on her parents.

Workers are practically invisible on some jobs. I remember a case a couple of years ago of abduction of a girl by a construction worker who was NOT at her home but next door, and had been watching her.They caught him after FBI profiling, but I think the girl had been murdered.
