They QUESTION THEIR GOVERNMENT!
They DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING AN AMERICAN OFFICIAL SAYS!
they also AREN'T AFRAID TO ACCUSE LEADERS OF CRIMES, INCLUDING TREASON!
Last, but not least, they aren't afraid of bullies who would dare question their patriotism!
they also AREN'T AFRAID TO ACCUSE LEADERS OF CRIMES, INCLUDING TREASON!'
There's the rub. Disbelieving everything the gov't says or accusing our president of treason doesn't make you a patriot. Us ridiculing a most likely fabricated story is not unpatriotic.

That is all well and good, but this finger-pointing is just another part of the "Somehow WE are responsible" garbage. Question and accuse all you want, but be aware that you appear to be blaming *us* more than the people who actually did this.
I recall a question asked of an old soldier (written up in Col. Jeff Cooper's commentaries, perhaps). A young person asked a retired soldier if he had killed many of the enemy. The old soldier said that yes, he had. The young person then asked: "Did you find it an easy thing to do, to kill those men?", to which the old man answered: "No, not always. Sometimes they hid behind rocks and trees and such..."
The point is, the ragheads carried out what was to them a major COVERT UNCONVENTIONAL WARFARE military operation against us. Even when you know when and where an attack is coming, you cannot always stop or turn aside that attack - that is an undeniable fact. Sometimes they get lucky and hurt you - that is part of the "Fortunes of War". The early comparisons of 9/11 with the attack on Pearl Harbor were quite accurate. This latest round of self-flagellation, by comparison, is misdirected and distracting.
We got caught with our britches down, plain and simple. Now that we are aware of certain failings in the ways in which we do things, we should use that knowledge to adapt, rethink and move forward to KILL THE ENEMY.
If we fail to correct our weaknesses and more lives are taken by these vermin, THEN we can start talking about treason.
Fair enough.
They QUESTION THEIR GOVERNMENT!
When there's a reason to, yes. But not automatically 100% of the time just to raise hell.
They DONT BELIEVE EVERYTHING AN AMERICAN OFFICIAL SAYS!
No, but they sure believe what an American official says over what the leader of a terrorist-harboring Islamist authoritarian state says, unless there's overwhelming evidence presented with the claim. There is none presented in this case. There's also the niggling little fact to consider that in Mubarak's own words, his intelligence officials had no indication what the target would be and had no idea of the magnitude of the coming attack. So the information would have been largely useless in any case. "Oh, Osama's up to something again? Well, no sh*t, Sherlock."
they also AREN'T AFRAID TO ACCUSE LEADERS OF CRIMES, INCLUDING TREASON!
Again, only when there's reason to believe treason might have been committed. There is not the slightest reason to believe any treason has occurred with respect to this "information," whether Mubarak is lying or telling the truth. Accusing without evidence doesn't make you a "true citizen," it just makes you a kook.
