It wasn't even close to broken. She could not have gotten clipped on the right elbow to begin with, since her attorney was snugged up to her right side the whole time. I think she may have been clipped on the left elbow, but decided to fake a "camera hurt a previous injury" on the other elbow. This is based on the pictoral evidence, since naturally I wasn't there. She has no basis for lawsuit, but I think you were being sarcastic, right?
