Drudge is making this sound like some big position paper written by Karl Rove or something. I'll bet it's nothing more than Report #15027 out of 57,319 reports filed by the federal government last month. Nobody reads these things, or pays any attention to them. This is just the New York Times yanking Bush's chain. Bush needs to get tougher about the bureaucrats who set him up for these hits. |
The report may well have already been sent to the UN. It's probably some routine thing that's been filed annually for some years now. Every year they have some mid-level puke at the EPA dust off the old one, change a few numbers, and send it out again.
