They may not cover it because of the negligence of the son, although they should. Calling it a deliberate plan by the parents to get the house ruined for the insurance money is a bit ridiculous, don't you think?

Gross negligence may not be covered under that policy..depends how you define it

I guess you missed the SARCASM in my remark. I thought it was quite evident, but I can't account for some peoples' poor eyesight -- or the possibility of a missing synapse to the brain!
