I find that absolutely incredible. You would think that it's one of the first things they would do. What a bunch of nincompoops. Maj. Ed Dames (a so-called remote viewer who was on Art Bell last night) is on his way to Washington, DC, to inform the police that they should be looking for a serial killer who works in a restaurant. I think the District police need all the help they can get at this point. As ridiculous as this Major Dames seems, he couldn't do any worse than the cops.

I could believe this was incompetence if i didn't suspect how badly they don't want to find the killer. I bet they think it's better to look imbecilic than corrupt.
