Further research shows that the pic was "originally" posted on a "Kingwood Cable" web site in Texas. Very odd posted there. Maybe not Registered (who lives in Michigan) but some other talented person in Houston created and posted this on his company's website for the heck of it.

I believe I remember the ring being pointed out here on FR the very evening of the karate-chop incident. If the picture is fabricated, it was fabricated at the time.

It is a completely different photo from Nautilinurse's, with a different angle. Don't claim forgery unless you have a reason to.

And if it is a forgery, I refuse to believe Registered would do that! It would be from the originating site.
