No it's not the same AP photographer. Paul Sakuma works out of one of the Calif. AP offices. Saw him shooting photos after the Kings game the other night in Sacramento. The Modesto Bee only credits AP in the photo this morning - no mention of the photographer.

Why don't you give the Mod-Bee a call. They may just tell you his name and when the picture was taken? Nothing like asking the horse himself!
