But she would've taken the cell phone, unless she was meeting Condit. That's why the cell phone is interesting. The question is did she leave it behind, or was it placed there later in order to finger Condit? And I can't believe Condit isn't crucial to this case. He either did it, or he know who did and/or why.

He either did it, knows about it, OR HE MET OR PLANNED TO MEET HER THAT DAY - maybe he just knew her plans to go to the park.

The possibility that someone else unrelated to Condit jumped her is real.
